Full payment must be made at least 10-21 days before the trip. Failure to do so may result in cancellation.
In case of Eid, Christmas, or other special holidays, bookings must be made at least one month in advance.
Changes to travel dates or cancellations cannot be processed over the phone. Written requests via email or WhatsApp are required.
TravelPro24 does not guarantee visa approvals.
Visa processing may take 7-45 working days, depending on embassy requirements.
Travelers are advised not to purchase tickets before obtaining their visas.
Passports must have a minimum of six months’ validity from the date of return.
Refunds for cancellations are subject to supplier policies and may take 10-12 weeks to process.
Most air tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable; exceptions are subject to airline policies.
In case of natural calamities or political disruptions, additional costs must be borne by the traveler.
Check-in time for international hotels is 3 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. Early arrivals may require waiting in the lobby.
Hotel rooms in packages are standard unless specified otherwise. Requests for premium rooms incur additional charges.
Triple-sharing rooms may include a mattress bed.
Breakfast is complimentary at most hotels but may not be available for early departures.
TravelPro24 is not responsible for delays or cancellations by airlines, buses, trains, or ships.
Travelers must report any delays to TravelPro24 immediately. Additional transportation costs due to missed connections must be borne by the traveler.
In hilly areas, air-conditioned vehicles may not be operational.
Intoxication and anti-social behavior are strictly prohibited during tours.
Carrying illegal items is prohibited. Violators will be removed from the tour, and no refunds will be provided.
Repeated searches or fraudulent bookings will lead to account suspension.
